Project – 3D Super-Resolution Ultrasound Mouse Brain Vascular Atlas and Characterization.

We present a set of super-resolution ultrasound (SRUS) mouse brain vascular atlas, including the morphological and flow information of the major vessels. We demonstrated the usage of this atlas for quantitative analysis for major vessels and micro-vessels separately in individual mice. This atlas provides a standard space for ULM-based neuroimaging studies and bridges ULM-based vasculature studies and neuroimaging studies from other modalities.
